Emergency

Emergency Department is being run under supervision of Additional Medical Superintendent (Emergency) and is headed by Consultant Psychiatrist (Emergency). Three Emergency Medical Officers accompany him and are providing services to psychiatric patients round the clock services who report to the department at any time of the day. Paramedical and support staff is also available for assistance. Medicines are provided free. It has also got an Indoor facility consisting of 10-beds for the patients who need admission or have to be kept under observation for assessment/treatment. Emergency Department is a double-storey building and it is also housing Pathology Laboratory, EEG Department and a Library for the staff.
